Our investing opportunities fall into two basic categories as described below.

The Rehab-and-Sell Investment

Under this approach, we locate sellers who have a situation that prevents them from using the traditional real estate channels (using an agent) to sell their property. We purchase the properties under market value, renovate them to sellable condition and then sell them.

Investors would typically be cashed out on their investment within three to six months.

The Buy-and-Hold Investment

With this kind of investment we purchase a property in such a way that it makes sense to hold on to it. Under this approach investors would get a regular cash flow and a share of the equity profit when the property is later sold.
